15. Can I Answer Emails When I’m Away From Email Google Tips Or Office?
Put your webmail to work for you
Make a rule from your webmail account which gives an automatic response to your incoming emails letting them know you’re away.
P.S. Why I suggest webmail, is that for rules to work, your inbox must be active and receiving emails. While away, you’re probably not leaving your computer turned on actively downloading email.
Bonus: Set it to respond only to ones with your name in the To column.
