63. Do I Need To Use This New Business Contact Manager?
Quick Comparison Chart
Business Contact Manager is bundled with the Professional and Small Business editions starting
with Office 2003.
BCM supplements the existing Outlook features to form a contact management system akin to
one you would normally purchase such as ACT or Goldmine.
Keep in mind that other Contact Management systems integrate with Office and often use all the
features of Outlook. Business Contact Manager is fully integrated into Outlook. Think of them as
a two part team, working together. Business Contact Manager has it’s own menu system under
Business Tools in Outlook.
