40. How Can I Check My Spelling?


Automatic spell checker & F7

Poor spelling is one of the most glaring errors in email. Don’t look stupid to others – put your
spell checker on automatic so each and every email you send gets scrutinised first!

1. On the Tools menu, click Options. Select the Spelling tab.
2. Check the option always check spelling before sending.

Bonus 1: Select or uncheck the other spelling options available while you’re there.
Bonus 2: The F7 function button will do a spell check
