20. Our PA Forwards Emails To Staff. Can We Improve On This?
If there are certain words that appear in emails that always go to a specific staff member – such as incoming enquires, jobs advertised (recruitment companies), rsvps… Why not create rules in the PA’s inbox that will look for specific words, email addresses, subject lines and then automatically forward the emails to the correct recipient. Saves her time and speeds up the delivery process!
