53. How Can I Make Sure I Get An Answer?

Task & re-email

Following on from Tip xx, when you send an email requiring an answer, BCC (blind carbon copy)
yourself. When your copy arrives, drag and drop it into Tasks creating a new Task.

Give it a subject, due date and save it (Delete the original in your Inbox.

If you haven’t heard back by the time the task comes due, drag the task to the Mail icon and
drop it (creating an email from the task).

“I haven’t heard from you”
as a subject line (when you send this follow up) normally
achieves great results
