Why not automatically ‘sign’ each email you send with your contact details? Make it easy for
people to respond their way. If you use your computer for home and business use you can even
have different signatures for each.

Create a Signature in Outlook

Outlook Express - On the Tools menu, click Options, click the Signatures tab.

1. Outlook - On the Tools menu, click Options, click the Mail Format tab.
2. In the Compose in this message format list, click the email format that you want to
use the signature with (HTML, Rich Text or Plain Text.)
3. Under Signature, select an email account. If this is your first signature or want to do a
new one, click New. Otherwise choose the signatures that you want to use for
